100+ Cliff Swallows (top 2 photos) are nesting on the support beams of the huge Alaska Pipeline bridge over the Tanana River. Herring Gull at Summit Lake, Common Loons, Violet-green Swallow. Also seen yesterday but not photographed were 3 Long-tailed Jaegers and 3 Wandering Tattlers (wandering over me on the Denali Highway, mile 13.
