Bore wave coming in the Turnagain Arm near Hope


 A side-trip to Hope turned out to be well worthwhile. We had a fine narrated tour of the museum by the 80+ year old who single-handedly put together most of the museum. Then we spent the evening cooking on a beach and watching the bore tide - the wave coming in after low tide - there is a maximum of 33 feet from high to low tide in Turnagain Arm - second only to the Bay of Fundy (so they say..)
