 Seward is completely full of people, RVs, tents, etc. They are here for the race to the top of Mount Marathon - 3000 feet high and easily visibly right above town. The fastest time ever was 43 minutes (up to the top and down) Check it out on-line. We spent the afternoon hiking high above town with new friends from the Luthern Church (where we are camped out, along with 20 or more other campers) Fireworks will be at midnight tonite but it won't be dark!!
